The Sarga Travel Board Kit includes everything you need to set up a compact, portable SargaThai practice. It includes:

  1. One 40in Sarga Studio Board

  2. One Sarga Silk (your color choice)

This innovative design concept has the potential to transform mat-based bodywork and represents the most portable equipment configuration for Sarga Bodywork practitioners. The Sarga Board provides tie-offs for the Sarga Silk and, together, these tools facilitate support, tensional force, and a wide range of practitioner body mechanics. The weight of the recipient lying over the board helps stabilize it during use.

The 40” Sarga Studio Board is made of a thin piece of rigid plastic with moderate flex. It is designed to be placed under the SargaThai Mat, conventional mats, futons, or massage tables (in a floor-based position) measuring 40”–50” wide.
