The Sarga Board Kit is everything you need to set up your practice for SargaThai. It includes:

  1. One Sarga Board

  2. One Sarga Silk of your color choice

This innovative design concept has the potential to revolutionize your mat-based bodywork practice and represents the most portable equipment configuration for Sarga Bodywork practitioners. The Sarga Board provides tie-offs for the Sarga Silk and together these tools facilitate support, tensional force, and a wide range of body mechanics for practitioners. The weight of the recipient lying over the board acts to stabilize it.

The Sarga Board is made of a thin piece of rigid plastic with moderate flex. It is designed to be placed under The SargaThai Mat or a conventional Thai mat between 32" and 44" wide.
