The Sarga Board provides tie-offs for the Sarga Silk and, together, these tools support tensional force, stability, and a wide range of practitioner body mechanics. The recipient’s body weight over the board helps stabilize it during use.

40” Studio Board – Ideal for wider setups and studio use. Works with mats, futons, and massage tables (in a floor-based position) measuring 40”–50” wide.
