The Sarga Board provides tie-offs for The Sarga Silk and together these tools facilitate support, tensional force, and a wide range of body mechanics for practitioners. The weight of the recipient lying over the board acts to stabilize it.
The Sarga Board is made of a thin piece of rigid plastic with moderate flex. It is designed to be placed under The SargaThai Mat or a conventional Thai mat between 32" and 44" wide.
