This innovative design concept has the potential to revolutionize your mat-based bodywork practice and represents the most portable equipment configuration for Sarga Bodywork practitioners. The Sarga Board provides tie-offs for The Sarga Silk and together these tools facilitate support, tensional force, and a wide range of body mechanics for practitioners. The weight of the recipient lying over the board acts to stabilize it.
