Intro to SargaThai

Combine the art of Thai Massage with Sarga Bodywork

Discover how to seamlessly combine Thai stretching and compression techniques with Sarga Bodywork's barefoot myofascial release techniques using Sarga Bodywork's floor-based equipment format.

In this 3-day in-person course, we begin our journey by awakening the joints and tissues with fundamental Thai massage techniques. Then we shift focus to address intricate fascial lines with Sarga Bodywork techniques. Finally, we’ll explore expansive Thai stretches to unlock new levels of freedom in the body, all while playing with the innovative use of Sarga silk. Upon course completion, you’ll be able to flow through a full-body massage sequence that will add new dimensions to your practice!

Meet Your Instructor, KRISTI

Kristi was drawn to bodywork through Yoga. After receiving her massage license in 2015 she found her passion in Thai massage, but always felt like something was missing. After taking the Sarga training she found “home” by bringing the fascial work of Sarga and the passive movement of Thai massage together.
