Sarga 101: Guided will introduce you to the basics of barefoot massage and Sarga Bodywork's unique myofascial techniques on floor-based massage tables. This course culminates with a full-body, 90-min Sarga Bodywork massage sequence for professional application.

This guided online course comes with the support of an instructor. The 3-month format includes 3 one-on-one Zoom meetings; Orientation meeting (30m) / Class 1 meeting (60m) / Class 2 meeting (60m), as well as access to your instructor for email support.

Instructor support can be available in Spanish, French & Italian.

Founders of Sarga Bodywork, Jivatma Massaguer and Daniel Tsukayama are seasoned bodyworkers with practices based on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii. Their love for barefoot massage and myofascial bodywork inspired them to create and share Sarga Bodywork with the world!

  1. A portable massage table with “shiatsu release cables” or the ability to unfasten one end of both horizontal undercarriage cables (tools required for the latter). Instructional video provided with purchase of this course.

  2. A headrest and face cushion. If your massage table’s headrest is not designed to lay flat on the floor, an ergonomic and ventilated headrest designed for floor-based massage is available on our online store.

  3. Installation of the Sarga Attachments for Floor-Based Massage Tables or the Sarga Floor-LoopsInstructional video provided with purchase of this course.

  4. Sarga Silk.

  5. One set of massage sheets per treatment (1 fitted, 1 top sheet & 1 headrest cover).
