Join us for Sarga Bodywork courses in the UK! Learn our signature barefoot myofascial massage techniques at London’s charming Colet House or Brighton’s Jing Institute. Our 4-day introductory course imparts Sarga Bodywork's barefoot myofascial massage techniques, with the use of our unique equipment designs which facilitate a creative, efficient, and completely mobile application of these techniques. This course will be taught on raised massage tables.

Barefoot Myofascial Massage Course for Bodyworkers
Course Requirements & prerequisites:
Must have at least 1 year of manual therapy experience.
Must meet your regional massage licensure requirements.
Must have current liability/malpractice insurance in the region where you practice (if applicable).
Purchase and completion of Sarga Bodywork Beginner Online (101) through the “Course theory Quiz”.

Sarga 101: 4-day Schedule
Day 1: Introduction, equipment setup and review of posterior lower body technique.
Day 2: Review of posterior upper body technique in the morning and anterior body in the afternoon.
Day 3: Review of sequencing for both the posterior and anterior body.
Day 4: Review of seated techniques in the morning and full 90min routine in the afternoon.

4 days / 26 hours of in-person instruction. This course reviews equipment setup and bodywork techniques for both floor-based & raised table applications. Classroom equipment will be supplied for the duration of the course. Equipment and products for personal use are not included with tuition, but are available for purchase at a 10% discount.

Sarga Bodywork Beginner Online (Sarga 101)
This course introduces the basics of barefoot massage and Sarga Bodywork's unique myofascial techniques.
Includes lifetime access, over 8 hours of high-definition instructional video, downloadable course materials, access across all devices and access to a private local Facebook community forum.

SARGA UK: This is a private Facebook group for massage therapy professionals with an aim to provide resources and networking for barefoot massage practitioners in the UK. This group also provides course support, trade tips as well as certification guidelines for Sarga Bodywork.
SARGA LONDON: This WhatsApp group is a platform for short form communication and networking for students interested in and registered for upcoming in-person courses in the UK.
