I trained in Sarga Bodywork in 2019, after being a bodyworker for 8 years, and it immediately revolutionized my practice. Combined with my background in Structural Integration and Neuromuscular Therapy, it gave me an even deeper ability to listen and respond to restrictions in the myofascial matrix. It took the pressure off my fingers, wrists, and shoulders and allowed me to channel that force through my whole body. After giving a Sarga session, I often found myself feeling more energized than when I started. While applying the Sarga Bodywork techniques to relieve specific injuries and chronic pain conditions, I noticed a greater sense of freedom in my clients' bodies, profound shifts in their state of being, and a more consistent rebook rate.

I teach this work from a place of deep respect and gratitude. My aim is not only to help you master the technique but to teach you to truly sense the tissue transforming through the many tools contained within your feet. I look forward to instructing you and helping to make Sarga an integral part of your practice.
