SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICY: Orders ship once per week on Wednesdays. Please allow between 10-15 business days for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order after 15 business days, please email us at Sarga@SargaBodywork.com to review the status of your order. Note that orders shipped from Sarga Bodywork 's headquarters in Hawai'i can take longer than than orders shipped from within the continental United States.
RETURNS: You are eligible for a return within 30 days of your date of purchase with Sarga Bodywork. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and its original packaging must be included. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Sarga@SargaBodywork.com.
SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the warranty period (see below). If you have received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it, contact us at Sarga@SargaBodywork.com.
WARRANTY: We provide a limited warranty that if a product is defective, it will be replaced if SARGA BODYWORK is notified within 30 days of the date of purchase. If there is evidence of extreme or destructive treatment of such product(s), SARGA BODYWORK reserves the right to refuse such replacement.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
